Phone: If you would like further information or to explore setting up an initial in-person consultation session, please call my confidential office voicemail number at 503-248-4511.
If you don’t reach me directly please leave me your name, as well as the best number(s) and times to call you back. Please let me know if it is acceptable to leave a message if I don’t reach you directly.
Email: You may also email me to set up a time to talk by phone, but please be aware that email is less confidential, my email is not encrypted, and for these reasons I do not do any substantive clinical communication via email. Please let me know if it is acceptable to email you back.
Generally, unless my message indicates that I am away, I try to return calls or email at the latest by the next day. However, technology being what it is, if you don’t hear back from me within a day or so, please feel free to call or email again.
If you have not seen me in person yet, please note that phone and email contact do not constitute a clinical relationship. If you are experiencing a crisis before we have met, you should call 911 or go to your nearest Emergency Room.
Forms: If, after talking, we agree to set up a first, consultation session, please proceed to my Forms page, which will give you a lot more specific information about my practice and guide you to which forms you will need to read, sign and fill out ahead of our meeting time.
